A Hat Cake For My Mum

Customised a Hat cake for my mum's birthday.

My mum was so thrilled to see this cake and I can tell from her eyes that she had fallen in love with this cake instantly - feeling satisfied :)
I made this cake in memory of her younger days working with my dad in their very own fish farm.
I can still recall that she used to wear the similar hat while she was feeding the fishes under the scorching heat and walking cautiously along the narrow path divider of different fish ponds. 

Cake: Vanilla sponge cake
Filling: Homemade strawberries cream with requested strawberries filling
Hand piped buttercream rosettes
